Shipping & Returns

We ship with FedEx and USPS. SURFBOARD SHIPPING - We ship surfboards to Continental USA (48 States) addresses only. Please note that surfboards are oversize goods and ship under higher dimensional rates than smaller products. Surfboards also need additional packaging to ensure safe transit.

International Customers

Please contact us for shipping rate quotes. International orders ship by USPS.

Shipment Damage - Carefully check all shipments immediately upon delivery. Please note (in writing) any visible damage to cartons at the time of delivery. If your shipment arrived damaged you must contact us within 3 days. Keep all original boxes and packing materials. All shipments are professionally packaged and sent fully insured. Any damage that may occur after delivery is not covered.

Returns

All unused merchandise in new and unopened condition can be returned within 30 days of original order date. Returns require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). You must e-mail returns@mx3sports.com in order to receive a valid RA number. Please write your RA number on all return packages and paperwork. Requests for RA numbers must be sent within 15 days of receiving your order. Items removed from shrink-wrap are not returnable. Shipping is not refundable. Customer is responsible for both outbound and return shipping. Only the price of the product(s) will be refunded. Shipping will be refunded if we accidentally sent you the wrong item or if your shipment arrived damaged. COD returns will not be accepted. Please insure your returned items for the full retail value and return by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Ship your returned products back in the original box with all accessories. Customers are responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Returns must be inspected prior to issuance of any refunds.
